Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sika Kudi Jackpot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sika Kudi Jackpot Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use the Service, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a resident of Ghana or an eligible jurisdiction • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be excluded from gaming under any self-exclusion program • Not be prohibited from participating in lottery activities under applicable law We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Providing false information about your age or identity is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

To participate in lottery draws, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your information as needed • Keep your login credentials confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts may be closed, and associated funds may be forfeited.

Lottery tickets are sold subject to availability and applicable rules. By purchasing a ticket: • You agree to pay the stated price • You acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable once the draw cutoff time has passed • You accept that ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation • You understand that Quick Pick selections are random and cannot be disputed Ticket purchases are subject to our payment processing systems. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

All lottery draws are conducted using certified random number generation systems. Draw results are: • Final and binding • Published on our platform promptly after each draw • Subject to verification procedures • Cryptographically verifiable by independent parties In the event of a system failure or error, we reserve the right to void affected draws and refund ticket purchases.

Prize claims are subject to the following conditions: • Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw date • Identity verification is required for prizes exceeding ₵500 • Enhanced verification is required for prizes exceeding ₵5,000 • Tax may be withheld as required by law • Large prizes may be paid in installments at our discretion We reserve the right to investigate and verify all prize claims. Fraudulent claims may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

We are committed to responsible gaming. You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with draws • Use automated systems or bots to purchase tickets • Share your account with others • Engage in money laundering or fraud • Harass or threaten other users or staff • Circumvent security measures or restrictions Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for tickets in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party services or content We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for: • Violation of these Terms • Suspected fraud or illegal activity • Failure to verify your identity when requested • At our sole discretion with notice Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Funds in your account (excluding suspected fraudulent winnings) will be returned according to our procedures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana. By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
